When students enter an online classroom they are under the direction and care of their instructors, and they can expect to receive guidance and support. Instructors will help students build skills, find needed resources, and develop momentum that will help retain them in their program. Instructors are also likely to conduct outreach attempts and they must be genuine and truly care about their students.
