Exam stress is the most obvious experience that a student
faces every year. The previous year was even worse and a nightmare for all of
us. As far as the students are concerned, they suffered a lot along with their
studies which was harshly affected by the pandemic.
Recently in news – the board examination will be held during
May. The announcement is a relief as well as chaos for the students as they
were completely hopeless with the crisis the world is going through. Likewise,
every school including the top schools in Greater Noida West was too
worried about learning and education.
However, we have adopted a new medium to continue the
learning. Every morning the students join their teachers through an online
portal. Thus, somehow we all are managed to cover the curriculum and the main
concern becomes the stress of exams.
Children are at home for almost a year. This can affect
their productivity. Additionally, when they go through the examination stress
this might is a little harsh for them. However, we have a solution. Through a
proper self-care, we can tackle every stress in the smartest way possible.
Establishing a proper sleeping habit, a good diet, and
routine exercise can help you a lot. Sometimes, a proper self-care comes with
sacrifices. We have to get rid of excessive mobile and computer usage. This can
be a reason for mental stress and affect the sleeping routine.
